“Coaching is taking a player where they can’t take themselves”
Dave Renfrew

The gap between decreasing standards in tertiary education and private practice success and expertise is increasing. The gap is being filled by superficial social media reels.
Upskilling clinicians is a huge investment which can take time to show it's full benefit.
Weekend courses are a burden on your clinicians time and quality of life.
“If you could wave a magic wand, you would give your clinicians 20 years of experience. Everything else flows from that – confidence, reputation, excellence and expertise.”
This is the program for you
So much of navigating healthcare as a clinician comes down to understanding.
From really understanding your patient, where they are and why they are there.
Understanding the reality of the healthcare landscape and the downside often borne by your patient.
Understanding the limits of our knowledge, but the huge impact you can have.
And ultimately, understanding yourself.
A seriously effective way to do this is to have a 20 year career, make every mistake you can, learn, revise, fail again, repeat until you realise there is no point where you "make it" and gain confidence in the process of constant improvement.
There is another way.
Have someone in your corner tasked with your improvement. In an ideal world this would be your boss, supervisor or manager. As a boss, supervisor and manager I know there are only so many hours in the day and one individual's development is only part of that picture.
Design the career you want.
See and feel the impact you can have.
Invest in your development.
We spend a huge amount of time in our careers developing expertise and clinical skills. As we become experts we are constrained by the limits of humans and time – we can only help the person in front of us and only have a certain amount of hours in the day.
How many other people could benefit from what you have learned?
Your skills, expertise and capacity for good are worth an infinite amount more, if you can work out a path to deliver that to more people.
Many people (like me!!) find this out by accident. Their knowledge and ability are potential resources for so many, yet they don't understand how to turn it into something practical for others to benefit from.
Having done this myself, I want to be able to expedite this process for more people, and faster. If you have a niche area of expertise that others could benefit from, want to share it with a wider audience but don't know how, I'm here to help.
There is a caveat – I don't just want to anyone. If I think you're skills aren't worth promoting, or won't help the world be a better place, then I want no part in making it come to life.
If you want your name up in lights for it's own benefit without benefitting others, then look elsewhere.
I want the experts that work tirelessly for the enrichment of others and I want to help them weaponise their talent and take over the world.
